Who I Am via Peter S. López aka @Peta_de_Aztlan:
Update: Friday~ December 5, 2014
I AM First and Foremost a humane being living upon Mother Earth, before any labels of sex, race, nation, ethnic group, tribe, clan or other categories.

We should be leery of throwing certain labels on ourselves for self-identity, especially psychiatric labels, those that divide us from others and those that hide our true genuine nature.

We are ultimately complex living beings, not doings. An authentic humane being has tender care, general concern and loving compassion for all living beings.

In the overall context of connected reality today, we should strive for unity as one loving Family of Humanity. However, we should not fool ourselves. We are not now all truly one people. There are many divisions amongst us whose roots we need to understand for us to ever unify as one people of Mother Earth.

Present-day global society is class society caught up in the chaos of class struggles, class wars and cleavaged between two main economic classes: the 99+% of the ‘have-nots’ and the -1% of the ‘haves’. The ancient war between the forces of good and the forces of evil continues on today. Indeed, the potential for good and evil is in all of us. We must make our own conscious decisions as to where we stand in relation to the world. Each of us is a unique creature in our own way. We can describe ourselves in different ways.

I can relate to different self-identity labels about Who I Am, yet I am not stuck on any one of them. I also consider myself a Chicano de Aztlán. Change is a constant flux. I am not the same man now I was when I woke up at the crack of dawn nor will I be the same man later on when I go to sleep tonight.

Words are agreed upon symbols and sounds for our communicating with each other. Words can mean so much more than the mortal mind can fully explain or the naked eye can ever behold. Sometimes we have to feel our way with the inner heart from the known to the unknown without fear. We live within the vast infinite cosmos composed of countless galaxies beyond our vision. We are stationed near the edge of the Milky Way Galaxy. Maybe others who live on distant galaxies see ours and call it by another name.

As a conscious creature of the Creator, I believe in the Prime Creator of the Cosmos  My primary intention in being here now is to strive to live in a conscious state of cosmic consciousness in communion with connected reality, help others as I can along the way and attempt to leave this Earthly existence a better place than when I first came into this world.

My creative work in life is a double-helix that spirals around fighting for Global Liberation in the outer world and at the same time seeking greater inner Spiritual Liberation within my own beingness. I strive to humbly help raise mass consciousness; as I work on deepening my own personal spiritual consciousness. In fact, working on my personal enlightenment is one of my main priorities in life.

Choose for yourself as to whether you are a believer in the Creator, commonly called God, or not. It is up to you, no one else. Live your own life inside your life. Your physical body hosts and belongs to your inner spirit, take care of it well. You only have one life to live in each lifetime. You have a divinely ordained free will. Use your own free will with conscious liberty, peace of mind and a humane conscientiousness.

Do not allow your authentic self to be bent, distorted or warped by anyone else, especially those in positions of power and authority. Be true to your self. Know yourself and be who you are, not want someone else wants you to be. Enrich your own beingness for your own inner joy, personal happiness and spiritual serenity. Do not be foolish and make bad karma for yourself. Do not harm anyone else if you can avoid it. Be at peace with others as much as you can. We are here to love, help and understand one another!

~ Background ~
I was born one rainy stormy night on November 15, 1951 in Sacramento, California. My personal ancestry on my Dad’s side goes back to Geronimo aka Goyathlay, the Chiricahua Apache Warrior Chief. I also have a great-grandfather a few generations back who was a Yaqui Chief of a tribe never conquered by the Spaniards in Sonora, Mexico. I do not know his name. So much of our old history has been destroyed by the Spanish Conquistadors.

My blood parents are named Pete Macias Lopez and Ella Perez Lopez. I love them both so much. My Dad aka Pops now lives in West Sacramento. My dear Mom passed over to the other side in 1991. I have one older sister named Linda Carol and two younger brothers named Steven Lopez, who ia mentally retarded as a result of getting TB Meningitis as a child. Robert S. Lopez, my beloved ‘baby brother’ sadly died April 8, 2013, due to bad health decisions.

I started Kindergarten at Washington Elementary School and was there up to high 3rd grade, when we moved across town by Southside Park. I went to William Land Elementary School up to 6th Grade; the old Lincoln Jr. High School for three years; then Sacramento Senior High School from where I barely graduated in June of 1969. A lot of other political activities were going on in my life at the time.

I got involved in the Movement or ‘Movimiento’ in the late 60s. For a bit, I went to Sacramento State College, but quit to go to work after I got married to Pauline Belen Gonzalez. Her and I created one son together named Camilo Esteban Lopez who was born on my birthday ~ November 15th of 1971. Her and I later divorced. I hope to reunite with my son between here and death. Sometime after his Mom and I split up I was no longer allowed to see him for no good reason despite early promises. She ended up with my ex-best friend from childhood Bicton Gee. I was OK with that and happy for the both of them. Her and I just drifted away from each other.

Life for me has been a long and winding road, with side detours along the way. Even since my teenage years I have been interested in the plight of oppressed people, progressive causes and political movements. I was an early volunteer with Friends of the Farmworkers in support of the United Farmworkers Union, was in the Brown Berets here in Sacra for a few years, the Chicano student organization called MECHA at Sac State and have been involved in numerous social groups, movements and political organizations over the years.

Employment-wise, I have had many jobs. A few of them were really good ones. Since my early teens I drank alcohol and it got increasingly worse over the years. My alcoholism finally caught up with me. I became a drunk, then a dope fiend for almost two years in the mid-90’s. I openly admit I became a low-life dope dealer lost in the darkness of sin out in the lowlands of Del Paso Heights. Predictably, I eventually found myself wandering in the streets without a home.

With the clarity of hindsight, I see my past indulgences in chemical addictions retarded my life progress, natural development and spiritual growth. Alas, I am still alive and learning! With no immediate blood family willing to give me shelter, I went into the local Salvation Army Emergency Shelter for homeless people where the roots of my recovery are. Becoming homeless turned out to be the best worst thing that ever happened to me. I sobered up, got involved with a Christian recovery group called CASA and then went to Mather Community Campus (MCC) around 2001 to 2002. MCC is a transitional housing program for homeless people in the Rancho Cordova area.

While I was at MCC I grew up a lot in my spiritual growth and developed my computer skills online. I mainly went there to maintain my sobriety as I already had good job skills. While I was at MCC I fell in lovely lust and got married briefly to one Sheila Jarvis for dumb reasons. I am still technically married. I do not even consider our marriage as a real marriage now. Long story short, I eventually became a Case Manager and Counselor at the local Salvation Army Emergency Shelter from October 2006 to September of 2010. Due to Sacra County Cutbacks in funding and not being a kiss ass, I was  laid off by the Director Elizabeth Hudson.
Present Time ~
I am now on SSI Disability behind a Bipolar Diagnosis. I am OK with that for now. Labels are labels. I admit to having a few negative tendencies, such as, OCD and ADHD. I manage them as I do life ~ with consciousness, prayer and meditation, thus, they do not become all out disorders. I am glad to be out of the wage-slave market. It affords me the freedom, time and survival income I need to work on more important spiritual matters. I hope to get something published between here and death to share with others, get off SSI, earn a decent income and travel around. Plus, keep in mind that I am a recovered dope fiend and drunk.

In the past, I have helped coordinate CASA 12-Steps Meetings on Sundays at 7 PM at the local Salvation Army Emergency Shelter at 1200 North ‘B’ Street, Sacramento, California. I had been doing open meetings there for over 10 years. It is a progressive Christian recovery group, though I am not stuck on any one religion or denomination. It’s a little complicated. I make a point of staying away from any kind of fanaticism or cultism.

I am now a senior resident at the low-income Shasta Hotel in Downtown Sacramento, in the heart of the city. I am in a cluttered little room I refer to as my underground bunker. It suits me for now, but someday I want a room of my own with a good natural view, not the prison-like courtyard I see now. Nonetheless, I appreciate my blessings with an attitude of gratitude. I am not anonymous hiding. We can be as sick as our secrets.

My life has had a lot of twists and turns, ups and downs, ins and outs. This is just a brief sketch. As of this typing, I am now 63-Earth years of age. At times I feel so ancient and wise, at other times I can be so childish and ignorant. Life goes on within us and surely life goes on without us.

I feel there are many more awesome adventures and enlightening experiences to come ahead for me. I hope the best is yet to come for me in this lifetime. I have tried to be of help to others and not just take up space. I am single and on my own now. I am open to being involved in a committed intimate relationship with a beautiful woman one of these days, but I am not looking for one. I have had a weakness for beautiful women over the years from time to time. I am not sure I can be forever faithful sexually to any one woman now. I love women, their brains are different. Women are the better half of humanity. When the love is ready the lover appears.

Over the years I have learned better than ever who I really am in my own being and what I want to do with my life from here on out. I am a Truth Warrior who travels on a path with heart. I strive to be Honest, Open and Willing in all my relations: that is HOW my Spiritual Liberation Program works. As Don Juan said:

“Before you embark on any path ask the question: Does this path have a heart? If the answer is no, you will know it, and then you must choose another path. The trouble is nobody asks the question; and when a man finally realizes that he has taken a path without a heart, the path is ready to kill him. At that point very few men can stop to deliberate, and leave the path. A path without a heart is never enjoyable. You have to work hard even to take it. On the other hand, a path with heart is easy; it does not make you work at liking it.”

I am a humble helper here to help an endangered species called humankind achieve true Spiritual Liberation from unnecessary pain, misery and suffering. I continue to work on my own spiritual evolution. At the same time, I am a practical realist, not a naive idealist. I aim to help topple the Evil Empire and help institute justice in the world. Humanity is an endangered species already on the edge of extinction!
A relevant revolution on a global scale would be a global leap forward for the evolution of humankind. We need to unite together on a common humane rights agenda and destroy the Evil Empire by any and all means necessary! I prefer a Peaceful Revolution and to exhaust all peaceful methods of struggle, but if need be I will wage a war to the knife and take it to the graveyard!

“Let me be me: free to create, free to love, free to work and free to help others! ”Let me be free to be a man, free to travel, free to stop, free to trade where I choose, free to choose my own teachers, free to follow the religion of my fathers, free to talk, think and act for myself – and I will obey every law or submit to the penalty.” ~Chief Joseph of the Nez Perce.

Each of us must seek and find our own truth. When our truth merges together with others there can be agreement, when we differ with each other we can agree to disagree, yet still respect each other in our common humanity.

Let us love one another, shine the light of love and speak the truth in all our ways. Follow the truth wherever it leads without fear. Do not be swayed by the passing winds of dogmatic doctrines held by any fools or fiends. Be not be easily impressed by fancy words spouted by fast talkers. Seek no guru, have no mortal master. Be your own Spiritual Leader. When the student is ready the teacher appears.

Be master of your own life. Determine your own destiny. Call no man boss. My only boss is the Prime Creator, as I am inspired by the Holy Ghost. Seek the refinement of simplicity. Simplify the complex, do not complicate the simple. Love the Creator of the Cosmos, stay straight and help others make it through this modern wicked wilderness called civilization. Treasure your life. It is precious, sacred and yours to live! Discover your own spiritual truth on the Spiritual Journey of life. See that we are ultimately Spiritual Beings!

Looking Forward Into a New Spring via @Peta_de_Aztlan

“The only way we’ll get freedom for ourselves is to identify ourselves with every oppressed people in the world.” ― Malcolm X

We have survived the Winter of 2012-2013, along with the hyped-up mania about 12/21/12 that fooled many. We will have to fight for our Global Liberation without waiting on Jesus Christ, kind aliens or any external forces to save us from ourselves.

Now we are in early Spring. Our Comandante Hugo Chavez did not live out this past Winter and his powerful presence is sorely missed on the world scene. Our spirits have the potential to outlive our physical bodies. Long Live the Spirit of Comandante Huge Chavez!

The Fuhrer Obama has been re-elected now, the snake oil man Romney has gone back into the woodwork, Amerikan Fascism is in power and secure and the Obamabots still suffer from cognitive dissonance. How can such a cool, handsome and intelligent man with a great smile turn out to be a devious silver-tongued demon waging drone warfare?

The fervor of the Occupy Wall Street Movement has pretty well died out and its local occupations have dwindled down. It was not consciously designed to sustain itself, to defend itself from fascist attacks and grossly overestimated the Egyptian uprising centered in Cairo at Tahrir Square. It did help to wake up the progressive movement inside the U.S.A. out of its coma and gave us a surge forward in our liberating efforts here and elsewhere in the world.

The three major strategic errors of the #OWS Movement were:

1. Failure to formulate a creative coherent ideology that could correctly define connected reality and transform it in a projected manner in light of a given set of psycho-social-environmental circumstances.

2. Failure to establish a structured vanguard organization with open aboveground leadership in conjunction with a basic revolutionary platform that at least embraces the merits of democratic socialism, beyond anarchist ambitions.

3. Failure to transform the various occupation locations into local autonomous infrastructure composed of communal centers that could remain open to the people and serve as communal bases of operation defended by armed might, not dismantled.

Failure is the mother of success. We can play semantics and claim that these failures were a part of the process of a new Liberation Movement. Many of today’s liberation movements still suffer from these same failures. The historical lessons paid for in blood are there and close attention must be paid to them. Criticism and self-criticism are mandatory for the eventual success of any Liberation Movement.

A Liberation Movement must move, keep momentum going and be capable of constantly inspiring the masses to respond, to  join up with us and be active participants. Only the masses in their splendid billions can create Global Liberation, not vanguard elements alone.

We need to look at the Big Picture in life as it is here now, not get fixated on a single snap shot. What we see is a global matrix of progressive Liberation Movements going on at different stages of historical development all around the world. Movements emerge and blossom, develop and expand, come and go, change and spin as they go through metamorphosis and stimulate other related Liberation Movements.

The basic needs of the people remain the same: food, clothing, shelter, decent medical care and quality education. In all our grandiose global strategies we must be sure to remember the basics of survival, pending liberation. We want land, bread and clean water.

Our General Strategy and related set of tactics must keep in mind that we here upon Mother Earth are one family of humanity. We have common basic survival interests, common dreams for our different communities and should share common humane principles upon which we can build strong mass solidarity. Once the basic strategy is understood by the intelligent commander the tactics applicable to a specific situation are a product of imagination alone.

We require an inclusive humane approach to politics, the politics of Liberation, not narrow-minded racial-nationalist-ethnic politics. At the same time, we cannot be naïve and color-blind to the continued existence of racism among us, especially White racism inside the U.S.A. We still live in a class society riddled with various forms of social racism, but White racism in particular still remains a major source of division for us inside the U.S.A. We must be able to clearly identify and root out all harmful sources of division: classism, sexism, racism, nationalism, tribalism and other obstacles to our global unity. We can broadly consider these divisions as negativism and inherently evil.

Let us pray we are aware that the ancient War between Good Vs. Evil continues to this day in the world and within ourselves. We cannot eliminate all evil, but we can eliminate evil in our governments, social structures and institutions. We cannot afford the luxury of liberal idealism. We must evolve and embrace a profound radicalism that strikes at the roots of the Evil Empire and its authoritarian corporate fascism.

Because of the #IdleNoMore Movement we here in the U.S.A. have become more aware of the indigenous issues of Canada than we were before. It has helped to stimulate the Chicano-Latino Movement here in the U.S.A., including the Immigrant Rights Movement in general. Many of us Chicanos have become more aware of our natural native indigenous roots as people of Mother Earth.

In the interest of global unity our precious Black brothers and sisters must be loved and embraced as natural allies in our intercommunal global Liberation Movement. All obvious and subtle signs and symbols of social racism must be openly dissected in search of common ground. We must shine the light of truth upon the darkness. In general, the U.S.A. is the result of a double-genocide of the original native people of these lands and Africans during Black slavery. We cannot afford the luxury of selective amnesia about true history.

Each of us can contribute to the greater good in our own way, depending on our individual circumstances. We need to see ourselves as global citizens. The Spirit of the Liberation Movement must be integrated into our cultures as a way of life, a way of being in the world; not just a loud protest, temporary fast or unsustainable occupation. We must live and breathe liberation and justice for all as humane beings, not skin-colors.

Our Liberation Movement is not for the lazy faint of heart who seeks a quick fix or band-aid for conditions that have taken centuries to degenerate to this point. If we do not suffer extinction as a species and are able to create the power base for Global Liberation the hardest struggle will involve creating and nurturing a new foundation for humane loving relationships among all of us.

We need to think in terms of protracted war, exhaust all peaceful methods of resistance, uphold our humane rights and never give up on our intercommunal struggles for peace, democracy, justice and a safe environment.

#OWS On the Occupy Movement Today

Posted: 6/8/2012

“Those who make peaceful revolution impossible, make violent revolution inevitable.” ~ John F. Kennedy (35th US President (1961-63), 1917-1963)

In the context of a world overview, analyzing the Occupy Wall Street Movement as a dynamic matrix with many spin offs from it gives us a better understanding of where it is at today, especially with the advent of global communications via Internet Power.

#OWS (Twitter hashtag) is not a typical social movement. It has no central leadership, no rigid command structure, no complex political organization and no regular rank-and-file members. It has a positive anarchist influence, which frees it from the confines of ordinary movement groups.

#OWS is more of a complex interconnected matrix than a uniform movement. It has many Occupy sites at different stages with different settings. Some are doing well and holding their ground, some are like sleeper cells awaiting reawakening, while others have faded from the scene and gone back into the woodwork or out into the streets.

Here in Sacramento, Occupy Sacto is pretty much inactive. It no longer has General Assemblies at Cesar Chavez Plaza Park in Downtown Sacramento as it use to before. Now we see more clearly than before that holding ground in long-term urban Occupy encampments is not sustainable. Fragile occupy sites are subject to eviction. It is still a great tactic for getting media attention and early exposure, like a long-term ‘sit-in’ tactic popular in the 60s. #OWS in New York cannot do the local community work that is our responsibility on the local level far from Wall Street. We now need to be about creating small Liberated Zones, even if only a local community office and be open to all applicable tactics, including local electoral politics.

#OWS was able to tap into the fear, anger and frustration that was already present in the psyche of people. People naturally responded to its rebellion, especially youth concerned about their chances of success with a rocky depressed economy because of high unemployment, student debts and a lack of viable social services. Many are in a Great Depression, despite twisted government statistics.

The sudden emergence of #OWS on the world scene was a wakeup call for all of us. Following the awesome Arab Spring that galvanized millions around the world last year, the emergence of #OWS woke up many sleepy scattered progressives out of their coma. It helped us to better focus on one core issue: the fundamental inequality between the needy ‘have-nots’ of the 99% vs. the greedy 1% of ‘haves’ symbolized by Wall Street bankers: class warfare!

#OWS continues to be a threat to the U.S. rogue regime now ‘in power and secure’ known as the US Government. It is among the people’s vanguard elements in what is becoming more and more of a Global People’s War against Global Fascism.

From its website ~ http://occupywallst.org/
“Occupy Wall Street is a leaderless resistance movement with people of many colors, genders and political persuasions. The one thing we all have in common is that We Are The 99% that will no longer tolerate the greed and corruption of the 1%. We are using the revolutionary Arab Spring tactic to achieve our ends and encourage the use of nonviolence to maximize the safety of all participants. This #ows movement empowers real people to create real change from the bottom up…. The only solution is world revolution.”

Our basic survival needs are: food, clothing, shelter, health care and quality education. Together, our basic needs create a common denominator upon which we can come together, mobilize and unite as one people. We are ultimately one family of humanity upon one planet in peril.

The spirit of #OWS survives and is not dead, as much as the evil Amerikan Empire wishes it would all just go away. In fact, it is expanding in different ways, shape shifting and influencing more people than ever. It has inspired many of us to stay aware, get involved in our own local community and network with other existing community organizations and individuals online and offline. For many people it was the first time they ever got involved in political activism, especially young people. Now we have a new bold generation of activists, organizers and networkers!

There is no one path, one way, one movement. There are many pathways up the mountaintop. The ideal mode of progression is to keep surging forward and upward. Never give up. Learn from past mistakes. Unite with natural allies. Be polite to those who disagree, yet do not compromise basic humane principles to be popular. Do not take everything personal. Admit when you are dead wrong. Remember the power of harmony and the strength in solidarity.

Life is an interconnected matrix of connected realities that together compose one cosmic connected reality. Power is the capacity to correctly define connected reality and then transform it in a projected manner. We the people seek the power to determine our own destiny. Power is safest in the hands of the people

Let us struggle onward armed with the courage of conscience and achieve global victory. We need to continue the personal work on our own Inner Liberation as we fight in the direction of Global Liberation for all oppressed people. Faint weak hearts never win decisive battles. Victory is assured provided that we never ever give up! Resist Evil Powers!

On the Last Days of Winter via @Peta_de_Aztlan

Posted: 3-15-2012

We are in the last days of the Winter of our discontent. Springs begins around March 20th of 2012. Fresh hopes for a brighter future are in the air. Unless you have been hiding under a rock or smoking rock you should be aware of the impact of the Occupy Wall Street Movement (Twitter hashtag of #OWS) on the world. This new progressive movement has helped us to focus on the existence of the Wall Street bankers who were behind the so-called recession that began a few years ago and who continue to put corporate profits before the people’s basic survival needs. Actually we are still in the grips of what is really a Great Depression, despite fascist government lies spouted by the Obama Regime.

The #OWS Movement:

The Occupy Movement had and has different occupations around the country and in other cities of the world in order to protest the continued corporate greed of the Amerikan Empire. We are the 99% of the ‘haves’ vs. the 1% of the ‘have-nots’ in what is now an interconnected global class society.

We are living under the rule of an Evil Empire, worst than in any fictional Star Wars Empire. Under the Amerikan Empire there are no free independent nations. Thus, even the term internationalism is a misnomer. How can there be any true internationalism when there are no nations? We are faced with being in a new kind of colonized situation where the colonizers are equipped with the best armed forces, weapons and tools in all of human history. Old archaic Left-wing descriptions of the situation must now be called into question if not exorcised out of our collective mentality. We are now faced with brand new historical situations and our creative analyses need to reflect those new changed circumstances.

It should be recognized that the various occupations have not been able to hold their ground in those temporary occupations. After all, we are threatening the rights of private property, which is actually corporate property, not the right to your little stash box. Corporate property is considered sacrosanct, sacred and inviolable by the status quo.

Nevertheless, mass consciousness has been raised in the world thanks to #OWS to the point where many are now beginning to question the legitimacy of the rights of corporate property vs. the humane rights of the people. Now we need to continue to elevate mass consciousness in order to help keep the Occupation Movement alive and allow it to grow into other new areas of life. We need to build a broad-based global humane rights movement whose long-term strategic aim is global liberation, not temporary occupations but liberated areas we will need to hold onto and defend.

Certainly we can see that our Egyptian comrades have not been able to hold their ground at Tahrir Square without being under attack by the fascist forces of repression that are still ‘in power and secure’ in Egypt.

We are now threatening the assumed rights of corporate property, their right to wage unjust wars for corporate profits; their right to exploit the wretched working classes; and their right to extract the exhaustible natural resources of Mother Earth for corporate gain. There is only one planet Earth and there is no replacement.

A movement must breathe, move and maintain momentum to survive. It requires disciplined vanguard leadership, different kinds of organizations and cadres of dedicated conscientious individuals who are willing to make the necessary sacrifices for our forward movement. Our collective movement must be kept alive, promote mass  education and mobilize the people. We need to be open to new dynamic directions to give us fresh life. Otherwise, a movement can be repressed, wither away and die out.

#Internet Power:

We are actually blessed in the present situation because now we have Internet Power and the mass potential for communicating with each other on a global scale across borders imposed by the fascist hierarchy. The very existence of the various progressive movements in the world has been made known via Internet Power. We are not alone and isolated.

In an era of high-tech global communications, progressive movements must be able to find creative ways to penetrate deeper and deeper into the mass psyche of the world’s peoples. It is the masses of people who must come to the understanding that they alone are the motive force in human history.

Our own enemies have taught us that much of our Liberation War is about winning the mass support of the hearts and minds of the people. Erase all dumb doubts. We are in a war, not merely a classical trade union class struggle for surface reforms. In this war people die, get thrown into concentrations camps and suffer lifelong injuries. We pay in blood, sweat and tears for our personal participation and active involvement in global liberation.

We are not talking about an extracurricular activity for kids on Spring Break to do something with their boundless energy and active hormones. We are talking about people who have had enough of the evil in the world, who suffer personally in the misery of poverty and who are willing to fight for what they believe to be true.

Before it was our own enemies who had a solid global monopoly on global communications and what news reached the minds of the people. Now we have the power and potential power of social networking via various websites on the World Wide Web, including Twitter, Facebook, Blogs and other platforms. Internet power is a kind of equalizer.

#Struggle Onward

We need to continue to struggle onward, gain new experiences which will give us new lessons and keep uppermost in mind the practical necessity of integrating our lives online with our lives offline in our local communities and inline working on our own personal spiritual growth.

We are building a new bold progressive movement that manifests in an interconnected matrix of different struggles waged on different battlefronts. We are not only building a new movement, we are creating a new world for all of the family of humanity.

As time goes by we will develop a common vocabulary for dialogue. We still need to clarify the scattered clouds of confusion in the fertile minds of many well-intentioned supporters. Each of us must become a leader in our sphere of influence. Basic building of community infrastructure needs to be done, such as, creating inner city communes, developing mass literacy programs, registering people to vote and the creating of basic survival programs pending revolution. Our only real limitation is our own creative imagination.

Lead, follow or get the hell out of the way! We are coming through, we are constantly networking with others and we are determined to win by any and all means mandatory.

On Homeless Refugees in Amerika via @Peta_de_Aztlan

May 4, 2011

To know the true nature of a given society we must examine its domestic homeless refugees in the streets. In a sick class society they seek refuge and have been largely abandoned in these worst of times because of the basic mismanagement of those ‘in power and secure’. Homeless refugees reflect the larger society and are the early warning canary in the mine.

All basic social issues are inherently interconnected with the social basis of power in society. The basic question is: Who controls the power in society today? If we are awake without denial, we can clearly see that the Amerikan corporate ruling class is in power and secure at the top of the power pyramid in society.

Life is an interconnected matrix. We cannot properly analyze the question of homeless refugees unless we see the Big Picture, not just a single snapshot. It is like walking backwards while trying to see forward. How did so many people become homeless refugees? They did not parachute down from outer space! There were definite social circumstances that brought about their refugee status. What kind of social system results in so many refugees? It is the existing government that must be criticized, condemned and radically changed. It is a failed social system of a foul failed state.

The US government is fascist, corrupt and rotten to the core; its social institutions are dysfunctional. It has long been co-opted by huge corporate powers in conspiracy with the corporate controlled mass media that daily manufactures, molds and shapes so-called ‘public opinion’. Refugees are not only oppressed and repressed, but also stigmatized by society as the new untouchables. We need to stop blaming the victims and in a clear light see who the victimizers are. We must condemn the sick social architects of our nightmares and wake up out of the stupid role of sleeping beauty.

Corporate capitalism has evolved to the point in the USA where we now have a vast potential army of people who are unemployables ~a lumpen-proletarian class who are not employed members of the typical working-class proletariat. Much of the old classical Marxist ideology, terminology and philosophy is not applicable to define our present situation and must be put up on a shelf as outdated reference materials. We require bold fresh analyses to help us design a new General Plan of Action for revolutionary praxis in our present situation.

Our whole educational system has failed. Many have not been taught the basic skills necessary to function in society as productive members of society. Many are illiterate, cannot read or write. Many do not have a college education, marketable job skills or decent jobs today and require job training and rehabilitation. The root of the word rehabilitation is ‘habilitate’, which means ‘to equip’. Many people are simply not equipped to cope with connected reality in this Information Age of high technology, especially with the outsourcing of high-tech jobs to Third World countries. Inside the USA, the systemic solutions we seek are not even possible under the present state of power relations between the ‘haves’ and the ‘have-nots’ today. The USA is now in a Great Depression.

To sincerely address the whole issue of homeless refugees we need to create a comprehensive social services system that will help create fully functional humane beings with high self-esteem, spiritual values and relevant survival skills. It is more complex than simply feeding people and putting a temporary roof over their heads.

As social engineers, we need to educate, equip and enable people to take care of themselves as much as possible as independent functional adults. We need to teach people how to fish, not merely give them a fish. If some cannot take care of their own self because of one disability or another it is our humane duty to help care for their survival until they can get help or help themselves. We do not throw people away as if they are garbage. People are precious human beings with humane rights that should be respected at all times in all situations.

Homeless Emergency Shelters for the homeless should be humane rehabilitation centers to help equip people with the survival skills they need to become productive spiritual beings. Shelters should not be warehouses, where we shelter and feed people then put them on shelves in their bunks at night until their time runs out. We must also pay attention to the deep spiritual needs of people. Beyond physical needs, people also have the needs for attention, affection and recognition of their innate human dignity. Many people in shelters are the walking wounded. We need to examine their wounds, dress them if necessary and provide compassionate counseling when appropriate. Overall, we should assess clients, create client profiles and help them understand the real roots of their refugee status.

If we dig deep enough we find that the fundamental roots of homelessness can be found in system failure, social-economic conditions and low or no self-esteem among homeless refugees. There are a whole range of related social issues here, including government cutbacks of social services, high unemployment levels, the collapse of traditional family structures, various mental disorders and severe drug addictions. In the overall context of the general social matrix, homelessness should be seen in light of existing social conditions, that is, not isolated from surrounding social conditions. Direct causes of homelessness are specific to each individual case so we should not over-generalize causes, yet the basic roots are the same.

From a long-term grand strategic viewpoint, the masses of the people must come together as one and transform the situation via an honest attempt at creating a Peaceful Revolution that will help us topple the evil Amerikan Empire and transform connected reality. Until then we can work on creating central city communes, learn to live together in harmony and continue to raise mass consciousness as one family of humanity.

We Must Reclaim the Power of the Word via @Peta_de_Aztlan

Reclaim Power of Word

As humane beings we must reclaim the power of the word from the dark evil forces of Amerikan fascism and its mass reactionary propaganda machine. Be bold, have courage and share your truths as you know them. Remember after 911 when Fuhrer Bush launched his “war on terror”? How do we wipe out terror, fear or evil?

Nowadays we have both POTUS Obama and Colonel Ghadaffy talking about the threat of Al-Qaeda in the Middle East; instilling a fear of the invisible Al-Qaeda network of terrorists in us and a fear of terrorism in general. Where did this fear come from? Remember the USA invaded Iraq under false pretenses with the Nazi-like Big Lie! The power of the word ‘terror’ is in our vocabulary today to stay.

The power of Amerikan fascism controls corporate media, all dominant media sources and the minds of the Amerikan masses as it shapes and sculptures so-called ‘public opinion”. Does the government choose who our friends are and who are our enemies? Comprehend that we are already living under a very mature, scientific and sophisticated fascism. It knows very well the power of the word, the power of mass psychology and the power of mass psychological warfare.

Fascism works by instilling fear in all who dare to oppose its being ‘in power and secure’. It has no need to engage in mass murder and mayhem so long as the masses are already frozen by fear. Fear is the primary factor that stands in the way of our believing we have the potential power to transform our collective situation once we decide to unite together. Fear keeps us from accepting the truth about the connected reality of our general situation in all its complexity, fear stops us from challenging government explanations about what is going on in the world and fear prevents us from believing in our capacity to change it! Fear is a great enemy of the truth.

There can be valid reasons for having fear. Fear can be a natural self-defense mechanism. There is the great fear of death. No rational being will lightly throw his or her life away. No rational being will dedicate their life to bringing about a relevant revolution that seems to be impossible. Fear can prevent us from ever taking risks, from taking the lead, from testing the borders of our potential.

The masses need to have a strong personal conviction about the necessity and possibility of a valid revolution in our lifetime. As we have seen with the relatively peaceful revolution in Egypt, the power of the masses who overcome the barrier of fear against a repressive regime can manufacture subjective conditions for a real revolutionary situation. We must believe we can manufacture a relevant revolution united together as one people.

We should always seek to bring about a peaceful revolution in a given set of social circumstances. We do not want a violent revolution with all of its negatives and resentments that can last for generations. We want to help bring about a peaceful revolution as far as possible. We should earnestly seek to exhaust all legitimate and peaceful methods of struggle before we take it to the graveyard.

We have barely begun to scratch the surface of what we can do when we use our fertile imagination, including Internet Power, in order to help us raise mass consciousness about the validity of engaging in a true revolutionary process whose central aim is the seizure of state power. The USA is now an illegitimate rouge regime that protects the Amerikan Empire as it body slams us further into a huge U.S. debt into the trillions.

Recall: CBS News: January 3, 2011 ~ National Debt Tops $14 Trillion: http://bit.ly/eHWmeu

If we are to try our best to create a peaceful revolution we will have to use the power of the word in order to educate, convince and reach out to the masses and ~more importantly, to listen well to the masses. We need to better learn what are the true interests and deep desires of the masses. Ultimately the creative mass genius of the masses of the people is the true genius in human history, not any mere mortal great leader or vanguard party alone.

In order to reach out to the masses we must utilize the power of the word in our mass communications. We must establish our own definitions for words, not automatically accept the self-serving definitions of our enemies. We cannot be stuck on any lexical dictionaries for certain key words that can be shaded by one’s personal prejudices, subjective opinions, force of habit and lifelong usage.

Written or spoken words are symbols or sounds that we understand as having the same meaning by mutual agreement in terms of general definitions. We agree that certain words mean certain things. Words can easily have different definitions to different people and even have different meanings to the same people in different situations. We usually take many of these matters about the power of the word for granted without stopping to think about them more clearly and deeply.

Words can be used to unite people and words can be used to divide people. A single word in a given situation can mean life or death to one whose life is at stake. Is the defendant Guilty or Not Guilty?

Proverbs 18:21 “The tongue has the power of life and death, and those who love it will eat its fruit.”

Let us be conscious of the words we are using, make sure we have the same mutual general definitions for key words. Let us take the time to discuss our definitions, to explain our terminology. When appropriate take the time to share stipulative definitions for certain words. A stipulative definition is when we declare that a given word has a certain meaning we give to it. Many of us argue and misunderstand each other because we are actually operating with different definitions for the same words.

Psalm 119:130 “The unfolding of your words gives light; it gives understanding to the simple.”

Awaken America! Awaken all masses of Mother Earth! We must reclaim the power of the word. Let us have the courage to use the power of the word to help empower the masses. Let us use all the words we need to use in order to fully communicate our thoughts, to express our feelings and to boldly exercise our humane right to freedom of speech.

First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution:
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Variants of DIALOGUE

When people engage in dialogue online it cannot be the same as direct face-to-face eye-to-eye conversation as when two or more people are engaging in a real time dialogue ‘live and in living color’. However, a dynamic dialogue online ~exchanging ideas and ideals, concepts and analyzes and other relevant information~ can be fun, useful, progressive and educational for all who participate in such a creative dialogue online.

In this Millennium, Internet Power has transformed the whole way people communicate to each other with its vast array of mass communication devices between humans. In the safe comfort zone of our homes we can now surf the Internet on our desktops, check out websites and access a wealth of real knowledge online. We can take and transmit videos with images and sounds of a local situation before us and post it onto the Internet. The whole world can see what we transmit at the speed of electrical waves via a small hand held mobile device in several seconds with a good Internet connection. We can text message worldwide on our cell phones. The whole world within which we now communicate has been forever transformed.

The technological power of communication we take for granted today has never existed before in known human history. It will get more powerful as time goes by as new technological devices are invented. The Internet is a blessing because now people can communicate to each worldwide across borders, lands and oceans at the click of a mouse. Via the Internet, people can come together in cyberspace, reach out to each other, communicate with each other and help create unity among all people of all cultures. We can engage in dialogue online, discuss our common interests, work out out differences and try to work together despite vast geographical distances as members of one humane family in trouble. We can even help save the world as it is now because the world is now in serious trouble. Let us come together to create a collective mass consciousness so we can work in union on the humane liberation of all of us. Naturally, authoritarian governments who fear the truth hate the Internet so we should take advantage of it while we can to build up strong communication networks.

If there ever was an Atlantis, an ancient myth, it must of had advanced superior technology. If Atlantis ever existed before maybe its technocrats let their technology get out of control. Was this a factor in its eventual extinction from the planet? Humane beings upon Mother Earth are now an endangered species. Maybe there is an ancient lesson about the mythology of Atlantis we should remember about our new fancy high-technology today. Will we end up being a mere mythology in the future?

Keep in mind that mankind now has weapons of mass destruction that can easily destroy all of us if we lose our grip on technology. We need to be direct masters of our technology, not let technology in the hands of slavemasters master us.

Internet Power with its potential for mass communications can be a great positive force to create better relations among all of us. It allows us to share vital information, spread knowledge and stimulate humane understanding. All of us should have Internet Access in our lives to help ensure our right to freedom of speech. We should have the courage to exercise our creative expression without paranoid fear.

At the same time, we should always communicate with each other with basic respect, sound reason and keen clarity so our communications are clearly understood. When people cannot clearly communicate they can easily misunderstand each other or feel they have been wrongly misunderstood by others. In the external world much madness, mayhem and murder can occur because of a simple lack of communication and mutual understanding. Naturally, we should always be conscientious when we communicate with each other when we are engaged in online dialogue. Let us have loving compassion in our spirits in all our communications.

These days communications devices are so common that there is hardly a time when we are completely off the grid. Consider all the surveillance cameras on us when we are on the inner-city streets. Chances are the Internet is around you in one form of another all the time, especially in urban settings.

Let us engage in dialogue online so that there is a mutual understanding of basic terms, definitions and terminology we are utilizing, not add to the mass chaos of confusion on a new Tower of Babel.

Be careful what you share online, especially youth or immature adults. Beware of truly evil Internet predators. Whatever goes out over the Internet is up for grabs by any nerd hacker. Use your own common sense wisdom.

When in dialogue online, we should not assume that other people know what we know. Nor should we assume that others do not know what we know. In fact, others may know more about some stuff a lot better than we do. Be humble, open-minded and good at learning from the direct experiences and knowledge of others. Let educators know that to be a good educator is to be a good explainer, not just to dump knowledge onto students like regular teachers without good explanations. Let not the arrogant mind-ego and frozen opinions get in the way of our engaging in creative constructive dialogue online.

Keep in mind that when we engage in dialogue online we cannot fully communicate all we want to communicate, especially via words on a computer screen! Typed words cannot convey the full range of our emotions, our inner feelings and the spirits of our words. Let alone human touch. Perhaps this is why creative writers are appreciated by readers who read their words because writings can go into the brain and touch our hearts.

Let us be mindful when we read stuff others have typed. We should not project or transfer what is in our heads into what we happen to be reading and make errors in human cognition. Dumb unnecessary misunderstandings and long-term resentments should be avoided. Make sure you understand what the writer is trying to convey. Try not to take everything personal. Real life in the external world is not all about you. Sometimes others are going through a rough time in their lives or just having a hard day. They may even be taking their stuff out on you ~transferring~ without the conscious awareness of even doing so. Drive-by shootings happen all the time. Take the time to pause a second before you mindlessly Click the Send button on your screen in a split second, especially if it is really important that what you Send be understood by the receiver!

When you are online in social networking sites, such as Twitter, Facebook or in Yahoo Groups, be aware of what you are typing. Be conscious of what you are posting for all the world to see. Open your eyes. See what you are typing in front of you. Does it make logical sense? Can it be misunderstood by an invisible reader? Take the the time to think.

When there is a post by someone else decide whether you want to or need to reply or not. Learn to respond with good sound reason, not react with only sudden emotion. Real writing usually requires re-writing. Write from your spirit, use your head, go with the flow and let it go. Sharing is caring!

When posting, do you want to give good positive feedback? Are you responding with real thoughtfulness or reacting off impulse? Are you merely arguing through silent typed words back-and-forth, letting the ego-mind elaborate? Let us all wake up and build strong bridges of peace, harmony and mutual understanding, not manufacture more false divisions in an already fragmented divided world.

Why are you even online now? Do you want to build up genuine online friendships or nurture a romantic interest? Do you want to bend people to your will? Are you a creative writer polishing your craft and sharpening your skills? Do you want to help create an online digital revolution or raise consciousness? Whatever the reason we are online we should use Internet Power in a good responsible way. Let us respect the awesome power of the word and the potential impact our words can have on others.

Stop and think. What are your real priorities? Is your time online a form of avoiding other more important priorities, family duties or prior commitments? Do you just fool around online? Are you taking full advantage of having the bulk of the world’s knowledge at your fingertips?!?

My free advice is that we live our lives in balance wherever we are; whether we are online on a laptop at a cafe shop, offline taking care of business in the community or inline in quiet reflection, meditation and prayer.

I have been online for several years now. In fact, the whole idea of whether we are online, offline or not at any given moment is getting to be irrelevant. Internet Power is now integrated into all our lives at one intersection or another. Internet is here to stay and will continue to be a big factor in all cultures, societies and interactions worldwide. Look at how WikiLeaks led by Julien Assange has stirred up so much global controversy!

There is a digital revolution going on now that will become more and more a key part of our modern lives and how we communicate with each other in the world. Learn to use new technology to help us all. Let us use advanced technology to help heal people, not to hurt or harm people. Let us help those who are not online get online. To be online is a luxury that should be a right as part of our humane right to freedom of speech. Advocate for general literacy, including computer literacy and support Internet Access for all people!

Let us dialogue online with conscious mindfulness, reach out to kindred spirits and network together in order to help create a brave new world for all of us where people live in peace, love and harmony.
