Who I Am via Peter S. López aka @Peta_de_Aztlan:
Update: Friday~ December 5, 2014
I AM First and Foremost a humane being living upon Mother Earth, before any labels of sex, race, nation, ethnic group, tribe, clan or other categories.

We should be leery of throwing certain labels on ourselves for self-identity, especially psychiatric labels, those that divide us from others and those that hide our true genuine nature.

We are ultimately complex living beings, not doings. An authentic humane being has tender care, general concern and loving compassion for all living beings.

In the overall context of connected reality today, we should strive for unity as one loving Family of Humanity. However, we should not fool ourselves. We are not now all truly one people. There are many divisions amongst us whose roots we need to understand for us to ever unify as one people of Mother Earth.

Present-day global society is class society caught up in the chaos of class struggles, class wars and cleavaged between two main economic classes: the 99+% of the ‘have-nots’ and the -1% of the ‘haves’. The ancient war between the forces of good and the forces of evil continues on today. Indeed, the potential for good and evil is in all of us. We must make our own conscious decisions as to where we stand in relation to the world. Each of us is a unique creature in our own way. We can describe ourselves in different ways.

I can relate to different self-identity labels about Who I Am, yet I am not stuck on any one of them. I also consider myself a Chicano de Aztlán. Change is a constant flux. I am not the same man now I was when I woke up at the crack of dawn nor will I be the same man later on when I go to sleep tonight.

Words are agreed upon symbols and sounds for our communicating with each other. Words can mean so much more than the mortal mind can fully explain or the naked eye can ever behold. Sometimes we have to feel our way with the inner heart from the known to the unknown without fear. We live within the vast infinite cosmos composed of countless galaxies beyond our vision. We are stationed near the edge of the Milky Way Galaxy. Maybe others who live on distant galaxies see ours and call it by another name.

As a conscious creature of the Creator, I believe in the Prime Creator of the Cosmos  My primary intention in being here now is to strive to live in a conscious state of cosmic consciousness in communion with connected reality, help others as I can along the way and attempt to leave this Earthly existence a better place than when I first came into this world.

My creative work in life is a double-helix that spirals around fighting for Global Liberation in the outer world and at the same time seeking greater inner Spiritual Liberation within my own beingness. I strive to humbly help raise mass consciousness; as I work on deepening my own personal spiritual consciousness. In fact, working on my personal enlightenment is one of my main priorities in life.

Choose for yourself as to whether you are a believer in the Creator, commonly called God, or not. It is up to you, no one else. Live your own life inside your life. Your physical body hosts and belongs to your inner spirit, take care of it well. You only have one life to live in each lifetime. You have a divinely ordained free will. Use your own free will with conscious liberty, peace of mind and a humane conscientiousness.

Do not allow your authentic self to be bent, distorted or warped by anyone else, especially those in positions of power and authority. Be true to your self. Know yourself and be who you are, not want someone else wants you to be. Enrich your own beingness for your own inner joy, personal happiness and spiritual serenity. Do not be foolish and make bad karma for yourself. Do not harm anyone else if you can avoid it. Be at peace with others as much as you can. We are here to love, help and understand one another!

~ Background ~
I was born one rainy stormy night on November 15, 1951 in Sacramento, California. My personal ancestry on my Dad’s side goes back to Geronimo aka Goyathlay, the Chiricahua Apache Warrior Chief. I also have a great-grandfather a few generations back who was a Yaqui Chief of a tribe never conquered by the Spaniards in Sonora, Mexico. I do not know his name. So much of our old history has been destroyed by the Spanish Conquistadors.

My blood parents are named Pete Macias Lopez and Ella Perez Lopez. I love them both so much. My Dad aka Pops now lives in West Sacramento. My dear Mom passed over to the other side in 1991. I have one older sister named Linda Carol and two younger brothers named Steven Lopez, who ia mentally retarded as a result of getting TB Meningitis as a child. Robert S. Lopez, my beloved ‘baby brother’ sadly died April 8, 2013, due to bad health decisions.

I started Kindergarten at Washington Elementary School and was there up to high 3rd grade, when we moved across town by Southside Park. I went to William Land Elementary School up to 6th Grade; the old Lincoln Jr. High School for three years; then Sacramento Senior High School from where I barely graduated in June of 1969. A lot of other political activities were going on in my life at the time.

I got involved in the Movement or ‘Movimiento’ in the late 60s. For a bit, I went to Sacramento State College, but quit to go to work after I got married to Pauline Belen Gonzalez. Her and I created one son together named Camilo Esteban Lopez who was born on my birthday ~ November 15th of 1971. Her and I later divorced. I hope to reunite with my son between here and death. Sometime after his Mom and I split up I was no longer allowed to see him for no good reason despite early promises. She ended up with my ex-best friend from childhood Bicton Gee. I was OK with that and happy for the both of them. Her and I just drifted away from each other.

Life for me has been a long and winding road, with side detours along the way. Even since my teenage years I have been interested in the plight of oppressed people, progressive causes and political movements. I was an early volunteer with Friends of the Farmworkers in support of the United Farmworkers Union, was in the Brown Berets here in Sacra for a few years, the Chicano student organization called MECHA at Sac State and have been involved in numerous social groups, movements and political organizations over the years.

Employment-wise, I have had many jobs. A few of them were really good ones. Since my early teens I drank alcohol and it got increasingly worse over the years. My alcoholism finally caught up with me. I became a drunk, then a dope fiend for almost two years in the mid-90’s. I openly admit I became a low-life dope dealer lost in the darkness of sin out in the lowlands of Del Paso Heights. Predictably, I eventually found myself wandering in the streets without a home.

With the clarity of hindsight, I see my past indulgences in chemical addictions retarded my life progress, natural development and spiritual growth. Alas, I am still alive and learning! With no immediate blood family willing to give me shelter, I went into the local Salvation Army Emergency Shelter for homeless people where the roots of my recovery are. Becoming homeless turned out to be the best worst thing that ever happened to me. I sobered up, got involved with a Christian recovery group called CASA and then went to Mather Community Campus (MCC) around 2001 to 2002. MCC is a transitional housing program for homeless people in the Rancho Cordova area.

While I was at MCC I grew up a lot in my spiritual growth and developed my computer skills online. I mainly went there to maintain my sobriety as I already had good job skills. While I was at MCC I fell in lovely lust and got married briefly to one Sheila Jarvis for dumb reasons. I am still technically married. I do not even consider our marriage as a real marriage now. Long story short, I eventually became a Case Manager and Counselor at the local Salvation Army Emergency Shelter from October 2006 to September of 2010. Due to Sacra County Cutbacks in funding and not being a kiss ass, I was  laid off by the Director Elizabeth Hudson.
Present Time ~
I am now on SSI Disability behind a Bipolar Diagnosis. I am OK with that for now. Labels are labels. I admit to having a few negative tendencies, such as, OCD and ADHD. I manage them as I do life ~ with consciousness, prayer and meditation, thus, they do not become all out disorders. I am glad to be out of the wage-slave market. It affords me the freedom, time and survival income I need to work on more important spiritual matters. I hope to get something published between here and death to share with others, get off SSI, earn a decent income and travel around. Plus, keep in mind that I am a recovered dope fiend and drunk.

In the past, I have helped coordinate CASA 12-Steps Meetings on Sundays at 7 PM at the local Salvation Army Emergency Shelter at 1200 North ‘B’ Street, Sacramento, California. I had been doing open meetings there for over 10 years. It is a progressive Christian recovery group, though I am not stuck on any one religion or denomination. It’s a little complicated. I make a point of staying away from any kind of fanaticism or cultism.

I am now a senior resident at the low-income Shasta Hotel in Downtown Sacramento, in the heart of the city. I am in a cluttered little room I refer to as my underground bunker. It suits me for now, but someday I want a room of my own with a good natural view, not the prison-like courtyard I see now. Nonetheless, I appreciate my blessings with an attitude of gratitude. I am not anonymous hiding. We can be as sick as our secrets.

My life has had a lot of twists and turns, ups and downs, ins and outs. This is just a brief sketch. As of this typing, I am now 63-Earth years of age. At times I feel so ancient and wise, at other times I can be so childish and ignorant. Life goes on within us and surely life goes on without us.

I feel there are many more awesome adventures and enlightening experiences to come ahead for me. I hope the best is yet to come for me in this lifetime. I have tried to be of help to others and not just take up space. I am single and on my own now. I am open to being involved in a committed intimate relationship with a beautiful woman one of these days, but I am not looking for one. I have had a weakness for beautiful women over the years from time to time. I am not sure I can be forever faithful sexually to any one woman now. I love women, their brains are different. Women are the better half of humanity. When the love is ready the lover appears.

Over the years I have learned better than ever who I really am in my own being and what I want to do with my life from here on out. I am a Truth Warrior who travels on a path with heart. I strive to be Honest, Open and Willing in all my relations: that is HOW my Spiritual Liberation Program works. As Don Juan said:

“Before you embark on any path ask the question: Does this path have a heart? If the answer is no, you will know it, and then you must choose another path. The trouble is nobody asks the question; and when a man finally realizes that he has taken a path without a heart, the path is ready to kill him. At that point very few men can stop to deliberate, and leave the path. A path without a heart is never enjoyable. You have to work hard even to take it. On the other hand, a path with heart is easy; it does not make you work at liking it.”

I am a humble helper here to help an endangered species called humankind achieve true Spiritual Liberation from unnecessary pain, misery and suffering. I continue to work on my own spiritual evolution. At the same time, I am a practical realist, not a naive idealist. I aim to help topple the Evil Empire and help institute justice in the world. Humanity is an endangered species already on the edge of extinction!
A relevant revolution on a global scale would be a global leap forward for the evolution of humankind. We need to unite together on a common humane rights agenda and destroy the Evil Empire by any and all means necessary! I prefer a Peaceful Revolution and to exhaust all peaceful methods of struggle, but if need be I will wage a war to the knife and take it to the graveyard!

“Let me be me: free to create, free to love, free to work and free to help others! ”Let me be free to be a man, free to travel, free to stop, free to trade where I choose, free to choose my own teachers, free to follow the religion of my fathers, free to talk, think and act for myself – and I will obey every law or submit to the penalty.” ~Chief Joseph of the Nez Perce.

Each of us must seek and find our own truth. When our truth merges together with others there can be agreement, when we differ with each other we can agree to disagree, yet still respect each other in our common humanity.

Let us love one another, shine the light of love and speak the truth in all our ways. Follow the truth wherever it leads without fear. Do not be swayed by the passing winds of dogmatic doctrines held by any fools or fiends. Be not be easily impressed by fancy words spouted by fast talkers. Seek no guru, have no mortal master. Be your own Spiritual Leader. When the student is ready the teacher appears.

Be master of your own life. Determine your own destiny. Call no man boss. My only boss is the Prime Creator, as I am inspired by the Holy Ghost. Seek the refinement of simplicity. Simplify the complex, do not complicate the simple. Love the Creator of the Cosmos, stay straight and help others make it through this modern wicked wilderness called civilization. Treasure your life. It is precious, sacred and yours to live! Discover your own spiritual truth on the Spiritual Journey of life. See that we are ultimately Spiritual Beings!

Get Your Liberation Program On! via @Peta_de_Aztlan

“The world hangs by a thin thread, and that thread is the psyche of man….”
~ C.G. Jung

I recommend we all get involved in a personal Spiritual Liberation Program of one kind or another in order to build up a wholistic infrastructure for our sanity, our liberty and our general well-being. In other words, whatever words you use, get involved in a positive self-help program, come to know yourself well, be aware of how you matured to this point in life, be here now in your full presence, keep yourself surrounded by positive healthy people and be able to appreciate inner solitude to sustain your own sanity in an increasingly insane world.

Focus on your own Spiritual Enlightenment. Let your inner light shine out from deep within out into the world around you. One must know one’s self in relation to others to be truly enlightened, not stay in lone isolation alone. Strive to be an integrated whole being in the world, but be sure not to be afraid to be alone with your own beingness. Light must shine upon the darkness or it cannot know its true power. It is our nature to have light and shadow aspects to our personality. We all have the potential for good or for evil. Seek the light of truth.

It is good to gradually develop a healthy ego, a deep understanding of one’s self as an individual in the world. A healthy ego must be balanced with a strong quality of humility. Be aware of any inflated ego that puffs one’s self up and exaggerates one’s real position in the world. Egotism is a great enemy of enlightenment, not the individual ego itself. Learn to discern distinctions, not accept matters at face value.

Express yourself freely. Freedom of speech is like a vibrant muscle; we must use it or lose it. Do not be afraid to express yourself, even if your opinions are unpopular or different from the timid herd. Do not get hung up on what other people think about your ideas and ideals. Many are not even thinking clearly because they are clouded by their own confusion about the true nature of connected reality. You must think for yourself. You must speak up for yourself. Let your voice be heard in the world. I am I, you are you and together we create a ‘we’. Many are too screwed up to admit their own flaws, faults and foibles. Do your own honest personal inventory of your character: take stock of your assets and liabilities.

As time goes by, more and more people will exhibit insidious insanity, psychic mental holds are slipping away, folks are losing their grip on connected reality, many are devoid of common sense wisdom, the insanity of the government filters down into the perverted psyche of the collective mass consciousness, traditional ethical standards are being abandoned, the common ground is being shaken up underneath us by a kind of mass paranoid fear disguised as indifferent apathy.

People are concerned about what is going on in the world. Many see the urgent need for drastic radical changes, but are unsure as to how to bring about these changes or they are simply afraid of any reactionary repression. What is our strategy? What are our tactics? Do not confuse the two. Tactics are the means to an end strategy.

In the Big Picture we need to bring about Global Revolution and overthrow all unjust regimes, mega-corporate institutions and repressive military machines. Any local or regional revolution by itself can easily become targeted, isolated and destroyed. We are all on the same planet Earth. Any relevant revolution must be global in scope and range, not merely local. We may not achieve Global Revolution in our lifetime on an existential individual level, but we should now be able to clearly see the long-term strategic goal of Global Revolution via the overthrow of the Evil Empire and the seizure of dominant state powers.

Understand that a relevant revolution means the total transformation of property relations between the 99+% of the ‘have-nots’ and the -1% of the ‘haves’. If the corporate ruling class still holds the reins of power, including the power to wield the violence of military forces and still has direct control over its corporate holdings, there has been no real legitimate revolution. An uprising in-and-of itself is not to be considered an automatic revolution.

Liberation must be solidly based upon the actual existence of the liberated being on an individual level ~one who has broken free of the perverted psychic hold of the foul fascist military-police state.

If we are ever to live in a state of liberation we must first liberate ourselves on an individual level. We must at least liberate our minds from the lies and deceptions of fascist propaganda. The complete humane being evolves in the trinity of the mind, body and soul. If we cannot free our minds our entire beings can never experience genuine freedom. Thus, it is of key importance for us to concentrate and work on our Spiritual Liberation as conscious humane beings.

“What we must create is the human being of the 21stcentury, although this is still a subjective aspiration, not yet systematized. This is precisely one of the fundamental objectives of our study and our work…. In this process, in which there was only the germ of socialism, the individual was a fundamental factor. We put our trust in him — individual, specific, with a first and last name — and the triumph or failure of the mission entrusted to him depended on that individual’s capacity for action.”
~ Che Guevara

We Need to Be Self-Motivated via @Peta_de_Aztlan

Sunday, Febrero 17, 2013
@11:09 AM ~ Sometimes it gets hard to carry on around here. Most of the folks in my immediate external environment are in a zombie-like state of being. They live their empty lives just sticking to the same daily routine for living, or actually, they are merely existing day-to-day in their little self-obsessed world. For many, their next big plan is what they will eat at their next meal.

Thus, I need to be self-motivated and not depend on being motivated by those who happen to be around me. My deep love is a primary motivator!

I have tried to build up a little political party onlline called the Humane Liberation Party ~ http://help-matrix.ning.com/ ~ with little response; over the years I have been involved with several social movements that have faded away; I have posted News Items via the Internet in Yahoo Groups and other online platforms now for a long time; I have worked with a 12-Steps group called CASA at the local Salvation Army Emergency Shelter as a volunteer Coordinator for over 10 years with usually only a few in attendance.

In my past employment with the SHRA I have helped create several housing programs for low-income people, even these programs remain in fear of getting their funding cut off. Plus, many people who have been helped by these programs fail to address the root causes that brought them into being needy and homeless.

People in general remain fearful, passive and are too lazy to get involved in causes that may help to ward off our extinction as a speices of life upon planet Earth. Indeed, the Earth is in peril.

Thus, despite all that I have said, typed and done I have gotten little actual support from people that I actually know in my real life for causes I am involved in. Now I have my own spiritual enlightenment as a main priority in my life.

The Evil Empire becomes more stronger and richer than ever. Many Amerikan voters voted for a War Criminal named Barack Obama. Many so-called activists do not even support the idea of voting or active engagement in electoral politics.

The promise of the Occupy Wall Movement has peaked out and there is no strong liberation movement or liberation party inside the United States ~the brain of the beast. The #IdleNoMore Movement has helped to raise a new awareness about indigenous native issues, but there is always an urgent need for a greater vision.

IF we propose getting rid of this government, after wasting decades on surface reforms, what kind of actual government do we propose to put in its place? Why do we waste time and energy begging a government to be humane in its policies and programs?

Many people lack a basic rudimenary understainding of political economy. Many have a great ignorance of the historical lessons of past revolutions and revolutionary movements. As conscious social beings we are not fully embracing our perosnal responsibility to change society for the better in what ways that we can.

This evening I have my usual CASA Meeting at Sally’s. At least it makes me feel that I am of some little help. Active addiction is a major form of escapism from connected reality. I mainly advocate combating drug addiction. However, I know there are many addictions. In fact, I live in an addicted society. We have become a society addicted to war, to oil, to Big Pharma, to fruitless pursuits. and to escapist entertainment.

I appreciate life now more than ever. I appreciate the fact that I have two good pair of hands and being able to type pretty fast with my nimble fingers. Sharing is caring!

Being is the Ground of Consciousness

“To be, or not to be: that is the question:
Whether ’tis nobler in the mind to suffer
The slings and arrows of outrageous fortune,
Or to take arms against a sea of troubles
And by opposing end them?”
William Shakespeare – Hamlet 3/1

I am a humane being. You are you and have the right to define yourself as you see fit. Together we can compose a ‘we’, yet each of us is an individual being with our own song. I express my ideas and ideals ~the way I see it, the way I want it. I have no right to speak for you or for all of us. I do have the natural right to express my own truth as I understand the truth to be. The truth dwells in the center of life. It is not stuck out on a Left-Wing or a Right-Wing. The eagle requires both wings to fly.

As a mortal being I have basic survival needs: food, clothing, shelter, medical care and quality education. I also have deep spiritual needs that when met help me to become more of a complete whole being. I exist in the wholistic trinity of the mind, body and soul. I am not merely my mind nor merely my body. I have an eternal soul that has the potential to resonate with all souls in the cosmos.

I am aware that there are many troubles in the world. I am not blind to what is going on. At the same time, I see the importance of working on my own spiritual growth and evolution as a humane being. It is a matter of keeping a dynamic balance between what is going on in the world and what is happening in my own personal life.

With an open heart, we should do what we can to help others in the world as we are mindful of the need to take care of our self on an individual level. Let us not allow our social activism become an escape route from working on improving our own personal shortcomings and getting rid of core character defects.

We exist in life before we have a conscious awareness of our actual singular beingness. Children begin with a cosmic awareness of themselves as being integrated into the world around them without separation. They feel oneness with all they touch as if what they touch is an actual extension of them. When they tough an object they become part of the object. There is no object/subject separation.

As we develop from early childhood into mature adulthood we became increasingly aware of the detached distinction between ourselves as a separate entity, an existential being, and the world at large. We see the difference between ourselves as a separate sentient being apart from the external world around us.

It is a faulty New Age assumption to assume we are all one. If we are all one, why do we witness so many divisions in the world? On an ideal level we should strive towards solidarity as one family of humanity, yet not suffer from any naïve illusions about pure quantum oneness in a complicated connected reality.

We need to help resolve the many problems we face in the world together, yet still see the beauty of our individual diversity, the specialness of each of us being a unique creature. We are not meant to be mindless clones.

As human beings we may all have the same basic biology, but not all human-animals are automatically humane beings. A humane being is one who has care, concern and compassion for all living beings. A humane being respects the natural rights of all beings in relation to ‘life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness’. Sadly, we are not all actually humane today in all our relationships. We strive towards mass unity. It is a striving not yet fully manifested.

We need to be aware and conscious of our existence as beings, not doings. Ultimately our being is the ground of consciousness, not the reverse. We are in our being before we are even aware of our beingness as self-aware conscious creatures. As our self-awareness increases we naturally develop a level of consciousness of ourselves as social beings. We live in the real rip-and-tear world whether we consider ourselves as being of the world or not. We are here now.

Being aware of our beingness helps us to avoid the constant stress of always having to appear to be doing something to justify our existence before others. Being is doing beingness. Stress can be a silent killer. Being keeps us more in touch with who we are, more in touch with our souls and creates a space for feelings in our being. You have a right to just be in your own space without explaining to anybody what you are doing.

As a being, I do not have to always be active as an activist. I can be content in my being, paying attention to my spiritual growth, even doing nothing but being. In fact, many social activists suffer from an array of mental disorders and spiritual illnesses because they get lost in all their doing, forgetting they are first beings. We want social activists who are compassionate humane beings, not cold ideologists. Remember that being an ‘activist’ can have positive or negative connotations. Many agent provocateurs are activists. We can be a progressive humane activist or we can be a reactionary Tea Party-type activist.

Before we are activated in our activism we must know why we are being active. What are our true motives? What drives us onward? Are we trying to impress others? Stand out in the crowd? Are we motivated by an inflated ego that seeks constant attention? Do we always have to be proven right and have the last word? Why do we do what we do? What kind of people do we want to be?

We can become aware that there are many troubles in the world and then make a firm decision to do something with our lives in order to make it a better world for all of us. At the same time, we should be aware of the personal work we need to do on our self for our own self-improvement, for our own self-evolution as liberated beings.

Let us advance our collective consciousness on the ground of being, conscious as loving living beings who are here to help create a new world for us and generations to come.
We should work on creating, raising and expanding our consciousness from a lower level to a higher level of understanding. What is the meaning and purpose of our life if it does not involve loving and helping others?

Being is the ground of consciousness. Staying conscious and grounded in our beingness helps us to pay better attention, without endless distraction, to the life that is unfolding before our eyes. Life is meant for the living to be fully lived by those who are awake and alive. For all its troubles and challenges it is still a beautiful fascinatng life we must make the best of while we live life on life’s terms. Help life live!

Opening the Heart in a Wicked World: 1/18/2013

“You can close your eyes to the things you do not want to see, but you cannot close your heart to the things you do not want to feel.” ~ lstyd

I am learning to open my heart without fear in a wicked world. I see that many people in the world are afraid to open their heart, to express their true feelings. Heartfelt expressions are often blocked by the mortal mind. It is one thing to think we have an open mind when we can feel so grand and grandiose because we are open-minded. To have an open mind can mean being open to the ideas, opinions and thoughts of others without the constant discrimination of critical thinking. However, in my not so humble opinion, it is not enough to think we are open-minded.  We need to cultivate a truly open heart.

What does it mean to have an open heart? We can figure out with our mind what is an open mind, but what is an open heart? Maybe we cannot figure out what an open heart is with the mind alone. We need to use our heart.

I associate the heart with my emotions, my feelings and my passing moods. Yes, it is a vital organ of the body that pumps our blood, yet here we express the heart as a subtle tool for enlightenment.

The heart helps us to have feelings for ourselves and others. We speak of the heart as we do not want to be stuck in the cold, analytical mind without having a good heart. Our mind can often deceive us, appearances can be illusions and the mind itself is very limited when it comes to being in tune with our spirit. It is the heart that beats the pulse of our very soul.

When we are in tune with our heart we accept feelings that we feel without blockages. Feelings themselves do not lie, as the mind can lie to us. If we have a positive feeling of love or a negative feeling of hate, it is our heart that cues us to our feeling. Many of us are not in touch with our feelings. We stay stuck in the arrogance of the mind and fail to have a humble heart.

A humble heart can leave us open to new feelings that we do not deny. We accept all our feelings as they come, good or bad. We check out our feelings and wonder why we even feel those feelings. Where do feelings come from? Where do feelings go?

With an open heart we can feel our own feelings and feel the vibrations of the feelings of others in our lives. We can learn to let go of the constant chitter-chatter of the mind and learn to pay attention to our feelings as they come and go. Feelings mean we are alive with a beating heart.

An open heart leaves us vulnerable to the feelings that come with our life experiences. We are not afraid of our feelings nor are we fearful of the feelings of others. As we become more in tune with the feelings of an open heart we come to understand that we all share a galaxy of feelings at one point or another in our lives. We can gradually identify with the feelings of others and cultivate our compassion as sentient beings.

We need to learn how to express our feelings with an open heart, no matter what our sexual orientation. The tough macho man should not be afraid to have an open heart, to show his tender feelings, to openly cry  and shed tears of joy or sadness. Neither should the esteemed liberated woman be afraid of her power to have an open heart. None of us should be afraid to return to the flame of love with an open heart.

This wicked world now governed by an Evil Empire and its evildoers will need to be transformed by those with humane open hearts. An open heart can give us the power of empathy so we can actually feel the feelings of those who are suffering in the world.

An open heart will naturally have tender care, true concern and loving compassion for all living beings who endure suffering, especially the innocents tormented by evil.

“Let your heart and mind be open and your soul be present for your mind may not know what your heart and soul are missing.” ~Tracey von Ott
